1. How do I factory RESET the earbuds?
- Step 1: Turn off bluetooth from your device. Remove the both earbuds from the charging case.
- Step 2: Long touch both earbuds for 8 seconds, wait until the red light is off, put them back into the charging case.
- Step 3: Take them out of the charging case.
- Step 4: It will be completely reset at this point. Now turn on bluetooth on your device to pair the earbuds
2. Why are the earbuds not charging?
- First, make sure you wipe the charging contact point and magnet point with alcohol cloth and try to recharge the earphones again. Also make sure the charging case has enough battery or is fully charged.
3. Why is one earbud working at a time? Why can’t the earbuds connect with each other? Why is the music cutting in and out sometimes? You will have to RESET the earbuds like on FAQ (#1.) or try the 3 steps below.
- Step 1: Forget every bluetooth connected to your device.
- Step 2: Put both headphones into the charging case, once you see the red indicator flashes, take them out. Wait until you hear “connected”
- Step 3: Turn on bluetooth on your device, search “VMPALACE-A6” from bluetooth list then pair.
4. Why are the earbuds still working in the charging case?
- Take out the earphones and put them back until the red indicator of the earbuds flashes slowly.
